I started collecting a listing of everything spooky and cool happening in October (and a little in September and November) in Fairbanks, AK. Why? I live here and I love Halloween. Escape Room - This would be an excellent month to grab some friends and do an escape room game. Escape rooms this month: Arctic Asylum, Operation Blackout, Temple of The Lost Jaguar, and Gold Heart Laboratories. 14+, located downtown. LINK
Corn Maze - July 29th until snow. Arctic Harvest Distillery, North Pole. New this year is a seasons pass good for up to 5 people for just $50. LINK
Rocky Horror Picture Show Auditions - August 13, Noon - 2pm. Location The Basement (541 3rd Ave). Production by Naked Stage Productions. LINK
Vintage Faire - Oct 1st 10a-5p and Oct 2nd 11a-5p. Shoppers Forum Mall. Vintage and new! Bazaar. LINK
World Space Week - October 4 - October 10. This particular week is World Space Week.
First Friday - October 7th. First Friday art walk around Fairbanks. Check facebook First Friday group for local listings.
Full Moon Run - 4 mile fun run, starts at UAF Patty Center. Running Club North, 5:45pm. LINK
Halloween at The Museum - October 21-31 at UAF's Museum of The North. All ages event. LINK
Creepy Critters - October 22 at Creamer's Field, Noon to 3pm. LINK

Haunted House @ Fairgrounds - October 21, 22, 27, 28, 29. 6pm-9pm. Badger Hall at the Tanana Valley Fair Grounds. $5/person, cash only.
