Hit The Gym!

If you're new here, I love the gym. I try to make it 5 days a week. My current goal is to get bodybuilder competition ready - either figure or physique (depends on how I look).

My healthy lifestyle book is getting longer. I am super excited about it. It's surprisingly therapeutic working on the book, figuring out my thoughts. I never really wrote out everything and I wasn't expecting it to land in the direction that it's in. As it is, I guess I'm writing the book for people who are obese, aren't quite sure what they're doing at the gym, don't know what eating healthy really means, BUT these people want to make a change, become a better version of themselves.

It doesn't really have a gimmick. Its all based on your own data. I cover various ways of eating healthy because what works for me might not work for you. I cover 2 years of basic workout plans - workouts with variations and modifications! I cover some other things like problems/issues/WTF?! stuff, mentality, and community. Of course, I'm still working on it and I don't know when it's going to be done.

I'm not sure what sort of backlash I'll get from writing a healthy lifestyle book. I'm not part of the Fat Positive community or Healthy At Every Size community because it's bullshit. I'm sure I'll hear about it. Do I care about the backlash? meh...I really just don't want to have to deal with negative people. I mean, if you get offended with the book, then just put it down and move on. You can remain fat or obese - whichever adjective you prefer. I'm not looking for a fight. I'm looking to help out those who just aren't sure where to start.

I don't usually get any blog comments, but if anyone ever has any questions about fitness or eating healthy, let me know. I have knowledge to share.

I am a work in progress. I'll be your cheerleader if you want to become a work in progress too.
